Just an ideal choice for a walk in evening in Istanbul with great for the money. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. For a better dining experience, be sure to ask if there are any special options available at breakfast.

Elegant and luxurious rooms with a mini bar, a safe, and coffee. Marvellous and particularly good location - a short walk from a large museum.
Very dated bathroom.

Great location for exploring historic sites.
The air conditioning in our room was stuck at a chilly 19 degrees, unbearable after spending days in the hot sun. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. We found the bathroom amenities lacking and towels of poor quality. It was like the hotel had gone down in standards compared to our previous visits.

By and large, it was fine base for sightseeing in Istanbul, had much fun and met very very nice staff who is in charge of the lobby bar and also acting as a porter. There was an extremely spacious room with a balcony...
My room had bad view.

Small, frendly hotel in very central location. Good facilities and helpful staff, and very reasonable rates. We found it a great point from which to visit all main central sightseeing areas.
We were only there for one night but there was nothing we didn't really like.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, the location is perfect for exploring key attractions like the Basilica Cistern and the nearby Grand Bazaar, and enjoy a superb daily breakfast on the terrace with fine views of the iconic mosques.

Situated in the heart of the Sultanahmet area with sstreet side restaurants, shopping and sight seeing right outside the hotel.,5 Minute walk to the Basilica Cistern,,Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia. 10 minutes to Grand Bazaar. The hotel was a classy Boutique style with very interesting room layouts. The complimentary Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods ,hot and cold.Eating breakfast on the main street patio was fabulous. Staff were always very helpful and pleasant. Rooftop bar and restaurant had a grand view of the whole area.We thought it was great value and quite a treat..
Unfortunately there was renovations going on in the daytime on some of the floors. However the disruption was contained and minimal to us as they were always finished by the time we got back to our room at 6 o'clock and did not start in the morning till after we had left. The rooftop was also going under some renovations on our last night and the restaurant bar were not open.

we are unhappy with the treatment of yoiur staff to us from the time of arrival and we thought this the nature of Turkish but when we came to Crowne Plaze Izmir we understood that it is your reception behaviour to us.Words are not enough in this claiming request.

The hotel is just a stone's throw from the topkapi palace, hagia sophia, and blue mosque. One standout was the breakfast staff, who greeted me warmly each morning. Their cheerful demeanor set a lovely tone for my day. Plus, the cozy double room was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
strongly recommend

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a short walk from iconic sites like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff provided really good service. They were responsive to my business needs, assisting with quick check-in and ensuring my meeting room setup was seamless. The breakfast was a standout, with fresh pastries, local cheeses, and a variety of options.

The quality of the beds was outstanding
The room was not clean (used tissues from previous guests still in the room). We mentioned this at the reception, but they took no action.
